SHIMLA: BJP national vice-president Shanta Kumar will be the party’s candidate for the coming Rajya Sabha election from Himachal Pradesh on March 26. Disclosing this here on Monday, party spokesperson Satpal Jain said the BJP election committee had given its consent to the senior party leader. The party commands a majority in the Vidhan Sabha.
