Sita Shree Food to tap market

CHENNAI: Sita Shree Food Products Ltd., a wheat and pulses processor and supplier of products to major players in retail industry is entering the capital market on March 11 with a public issue aggregating Rs. 31.50 crore. The price band has been fixed at Rs. 27-30. The issue closes on March 14.
