Engineers’ meet ends

HYDERABAD: Engineers from thermal power plants across the country deliberated on issues related to steam turbines and heat exchangers during a two-day technical meet which concluded here on Saturday.

Representatives from NTPC, AP Genco, Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd, Chattisgarh State Electricity Board, WB Power Development Corporation Ltd, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Department of Atomic Energy and Mecon Ltd attended the meet organised by Tech Pro Centre for Technical Education.

P. K. Venkatachari, Additional General Manager, NTPC, inaugurated the meet.

B. Ramesh Babu, director, Techpro, D. Kumara Swamy, former GM of BHEL, spoke.
