Kakinada: The Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum of Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited will be organising an awareness programme on the rights and responsibilities of the consumers at the Rotary Function Hall here at 11 a.m of March 8, according to a press release by the forum chairperson K. Nageswara Rao.
