Baghpat (U.P.): A district court on Tuesday awarded death penalty to an accused in a case of murder in 2005 at Sabca village in the district. The court while sentencing Ravinder to death, referred the case against Sheesh Pal to a juvenile court as he was a minor. Six members of a family were hacked to death in the village by the duo on October 26, 2005.
