VIJAYAWADA: Elaborate arrangements have been made at Sivalayams in and around the city for the convenience of pilgrims visiting the temples on Thursday on the occasion of Maha Sivaratri festival. Besides the old Sivalayam in One Town, Kanakadurga temple and Malleswara Swamy temple atop Indrakeeladri have also been spruced up for the occasion. Barricades have been erected at all the three temples to prevent any untoward incident.
