New radio therapy option

HYDERABAD: Yashoda group of hospitals has acquired a new radiation therapy equipment ‘Rapid Arc’ for cancer treatment manufactured by Varian Medical Systems (VMS), a U.S. based company. The custom-made equipment would be part of the upcoming Yashoda Cancer Hospital, Somajiguda. Talking to media persons on Wednesday, Managing Director of Yashoda Group, G. S. Rao said that Rapid Arc is a better-quality radiotherapy option.
