Kalam conferred D. Litt degree

Sarnath: Former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was conferred an honorary d. Litt degree by the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies at its convocation here on Thursday.

The Institute’s Director G.N. Samten conferred the degree on Dr. Kalam for his immense contribution to Indian society.
