Supply officers suspended

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: P.M. Raju, K.K. Balakrishnan and Sudheerayagnadas, district supply officers of Idukki, Thrissur and Kasaragod, respectively, have been suspended from service for dereliction of duty.

An official release said the supply officers had failed to act on the government directives to lift ration rice from godowns before February 29 and distribute them to ration shops. – Special Correspondent
