Thiruvananthapuram: The Department of Posts has introduced FREE post, a toll-free PIN code number, similar to the toll-free telephone number, which will be assigned to persons/organisations, who may like to receive large number of responses/orders from customers without having them to pay for the postage. The persons or organisations desirous of availing the facility are to contact the Postal Divisional Heads or the Assistant Director (Mails), Chief PMG’s Office.
