Youth held on rape charge

BERHAMPUR: Saiba Badatya, the youth who had allegedly raped a physically-challenged girl at Ambagaon village in Ganjam district was arrested by a police team from Jarada police station on Friday. He allegedly raped the girl on January 23. He was absconding since then.
