Couple robbed

BERHAMPUR: Armed robbers stopped a couple and looted a bike, ornaments, cash and mobile phone from them on NH 5 near Laxmipur square under Ganjam police outpost in Ganjam district on Friday night. The victims were S.Sanjivani and his wife C.H.Savitri of Aska who were travelling from Rambha to Berhampur on a bike. Two armed persons came on a bike from behind them and stopped them on the road at around 9.30 pm. The robbers used pistols and swords to panic the couple to take away their valuables.
