BELLARY: The North-Eastern Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NEKRTC) has appointed grievance redressal officers to look into public grievances and solve them. Managing Director of NEKRTC Shankar Patil said in a press release here on Saturday that though steps were being taken to provide better passenger facilities, complaints were still being received from rural areas about shortcomings. The officers would be stationed at the head office as well as the divisional offices.
