Dubai: A 50-year-old Keralite was killed when he fell from a scaffolding while painting a building in Bahrain on Thursday. Parpupara Nanu, 50, from Kozhikode, was killed at the site of the $6 billion Durrat Al Bahrain project. “One hour before death he complained of heart pain and requested rest. He went back to work and fell unconscious,” a colleague said. He apparently suffered a heart attack. Nanu is survived by wife and six-year-old daughter. — PTI
