Science meet

BANGALORE: Vethathiri Research Group, Bangalore chapter, will be conducting a science meet on understanding the concept and cause of gravity on Sunday.

The meet, called “Reality of Gravity, Cosmos and Mind” will be held at the State Youth Centre off Nrupatunga Road between 10 a.m. and 5.30 p.m.

According to Alagar Ramanujam, former Professor of Physics from NGM College Tollachi in Tamil Nadu, science has not been able to clearly state the cause of gravity, despite there being Newton and Einstein theories on it. “We are trying to explore Indian philosophy as explained by philosopher Vethathiri, which gives some answers,” he said.
