NEW DELHI: Ravi Rathore slotted in four goals to steer 61 Cavalry to six-and-a-half goals to three title triumph over Jaipur Polo Company at the Emaar-MGF Sawai Man Singh Gold Vase 8-goal polo tournament here on Sunday. Rathore warmed up late after Manupal Godara had opened for JPC in the second chukker. Atul Gupta scored the first goal for Cavalry, which started with half-a-goal on handicap. Rathore put Cavalry further ahead in the third chukker before he actually got his timing right. Godara scored two more goals but the Cavalry team was always on the up and kept prodding in continuously to thwart JPC’s manoeuvres in the fourth and final chukker.
