PUDUCHERRY: The Grand Bazaar police on Sunday arrested a youth and recovered from him stolen property, including a laptop.

According to police, John, a resident of Kumananchavady, Chennai, was found moving suspiciously at Rainbow Nagar on Sunday night. On investigation, he confessed of his involvement in house-break incidents in Puducherry, police said.
