Sweepers stage dharna

MAHABUBNAGAR: Demanding that their long pending demands, including enhancement in their salary, sweepers working in Government schools from various corners in the district lay seize to the Collectorate here on Monday.

The sweepers, around 200, supported by CITU, organised the dharna.

They cooked their food on the road and squatted in front of the Collectorate gate.
