“Do not judge the judge”

NEW DELHI: Justice M. Katju of the Supreme Court has said that to become a successful lawyer one should have control on work, behaviour, thoughts, character and habits.

Speaking at the National Moot Court Competition at Amity University in neighbouring Noida, Justice Katju warned future advocates to not judge the judge but present the facts of the case. “Every person has the right to be defended,” he added.
