Court serves notice on Chiranjeevi and others

HYDERABAD: Justice G. V. Sitapathi of the High Court admitted a criminal revision petition filed by Nandini, wife of cine actor Pavan Kalyan and ordered notices to the respondents including megastar Chiranjeevi and other members of the family.
Revision case
Nandini, a resident of Visakhapatnam, filed a case alleging that Pavan Kalyan had married another woman without dissolving the marriage with her. The Court at Visakhapatnam dismissed the case. Aggrieved with the judgement, she filed a revision case in the High court.
When the case has come up for hearing before Justice Sitapathi, the Judge felt that the respondents have to submit their reply to the court within four weeks and adjourned the case.
