Manager hits century

NEW DELHI: Shoaib Manager hit maiden century of the championship as he scored 115 to steer Rail Wheel Factory to 38-run win against Central Railway in the Pool C league match in the 53rd all-India Railway cricket championship at the Karnail Singh Stadium here on Monday.

The scores:

Rail Wheel Factory 253 for seven in 50 overs (Shoaib Manager 115, K. Yere Goud 49) bt Central Railway 215 in 48.2 overs (Sushant Manjrekar 45).

Railway Board 184 for nine in 50 overs (Sanjay Singh 57, P. S. Rawat 43) lost to South Central Railway 185 for one in 25.5 overs (R. Manohar 58, Seshavali 72 not out, Soiman Raj 49 not out).
