Relinquishes charge

Kochi: The Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT) Ernakulam Bench gave a full court reference to Sathi Nair who relinquished charge as the Vice-Chairperson of the tribunal. Additional Advocate-General Venganoor Chandrasekharan Nair, president of the CAT Advocates’ Association C.S.G. Nair and senior Central government standing counsel T.P.M. Ibrahim Khan and Judicial Member K.B.S. Rajan spoke.
