Ration rice seized

Kochi: District authorities reportedly seized several sacks of rice meant for distribution through ration shops, from a private godown in Kalady near here on Monday.

The raid was conducted after local residents informed the police that a lorry carrying ration rice had reached the godown around 11 a.m.
