Teacher felicitated

Nabarangpur: Tariq Badar, secretary of the Indian Science Writers’ Association, felicitated Pradeep Kumar Mishra, teacher of Swami Vivekananda Vidya Mandir, Government School (Umerkote) with science memento and certificate for his paper on ‘Poetic forms are the best ways to communicate scientific message and temper among the primary school children’ at a national seminar held recently at Dheradun. The seminar was jointly organised by National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), Science Technology and Development Initiative (STAD) and Indian Science Writers Association inaugurated by Uttarakhand Governor B.L. Joshi. Out of the 28 research papers presented, Mr. Mishara’s paper was highly appreciated by speakers. Prof. Vijay Ghugae declared that he would carry the important tips of the paper in his magazine ‘Nisarg Mitra’. - PTI
