200 houses gutted

BERHAMPUR: Around two hundred houses were gutted at Tatipeti village of Gosani block in Gajapati district on Tuesday afternoon. Fire brigades from district headquarter; Paralakhemundi had to be rushed to quell the fire. Luckily there were no human injuries or casualty in this fire mishap. But property worth around Rs. 1 crore were gutted at the village. According to fire officials this accident was caused due to short circuit at around 2 p.m.
