Easy for Gurusai CC

NAMAKKAL: Gurusai Cricket Club (Gurusamipalayam) defeated PRP Kapil Cricket Club (Namakkal) in the Canara Bank-DCAN ‘A’ division league at the SPB Colony grounds recently.

The scores: PRP Kapil CC 156 for nine in 35 overs lost to Gurusai CC 158 for four in 28 overs (V. Madeswaran 55 not out); NKCC (Namakkal) 100 in 25.3 overs lost to Ranjit CC ‘A’ (Tiruchengodu) 101 for three in 16.2 overs (T. Palvannan 54 not out).
