JAIPUR: Over 4.5 lakh students will appear in the senior secondary school examinations beginning in Rajasthan on Thursday. The secondary school exams will start on March 27, in which 9.18 lakh students are scheduled to appear. Rajasthan Secondary Education Board Secretary L.D. Yadav said here on Wednesday that all arrangements for the exams had been completed with 2,424 centres established for senior secondary students. They include 293 new centres opened to ensure that the candidates need not travel long distances. Mr. Yadav said an increase of 85,497 candidates had been registered in comparison with the previous year.
