SEEKING RELEASE: Members of the European Parliament hold posters of Columbian-French politician Ingrid Betancourt, being held as a hostage by FARC rebels, during a foreign policy debate in Strasbourg on Wednesday. Ms. Betancourt, a Columbian presidential candidate, was kidnapped in 2002 during campaigning and has spent almost six years in a jungle jail.
