JAIPUR: The opposition Congress members walked out of the Rajasthan Assembly twice on Wednesday protesting against “unsatisfactory” answers from the Ministers on the issues of assistance to the members of the minority communities and providing electricity connections to families below the poverty line under the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Electrification Programme. The House witnessed noisy scenes first during Question Hour and later during Zero Hour over the issues.
