Of smartness and growth

Who is the smartest Collector in Kerala? It is the Ernakulam District Collector A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish. This opinion came from former IAS officer Alphons Kannanthanam. Mr. Kannanthanam made the remark while addressing a press conference to announce the opening of the Academy for Career Excellence, founded by him. It is no easy task to head the administration at a time when the district is going through rapid expansion. The comment was apparently an offshoot of this observa tion.
