Speciality eye camp organised

KOLLI HILLS: The Madras Aluminium Co. Ltd. (MALCO) in collaboration with Lotus Eye Care, Salem, successfully conducted a speciality eye camp at Semmedu in Kolli Hills on Thursday.

A total of around 612 people were benefited through this programme.

This camp was specially organised for treating eye related ailments and 52 people were identified for further treatment which would be undertaken with the support of MALCO.

A group of doctors from Lotus Hospital conducted the screening for those who turned up.

Officials from MALCO M. Kannan, Manager Mines, Jijo, Officer CSR, and Amartej, Mining Engineer, participated in the speciality eye camp.
