SBT’s online loan application

Thiruvananthapuram: The State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has introduced an online application facility for education loans.

Students can avail of the facility on www.statebankoftravancore.com. The applications will be acknowledged immediately with a system-generated register number.

The bank will then send an e-mail to the applicant detailing the list of documents required and the branch to be contacted.

The online application facility is presently restricted to candidates who qualify in the following entrance examinations: Joint Entrance Examination, All-India Engineering Entrance Examination, All-India Medical Entrance Examination, entrance examinations conducted by State governments and the Common Admission Test (CAT). — Staff Reporter
