Award for Giraddi

Sirsi: Writer Giraddi Govindaraj has been selected for the 18th B.H. Shreedhar Literary Award for 2008 for his work Hidiyada Hadi, according toT. Narayan Bhat, president of the B.H.S. literary award committee. The award will be presented on April 24, the birth anniversary of Kannada and Sanskrit scholar B.H. Shreedhar of Sirsi. — Correspondent
