BERHAMPUR: Junior doctors of MKCG Medical College in the city have launched agitation demanding hike in their stipend. They have been wearing black badges and holding silent demonstrations since Thursday. They decided to continue the protest till Tuesday. The junior doctors decided to take some drastic measures like boycotting classes and medical services, if the State government fails to take any action regarding their demand by then, said Bikram Keshari Mohapatra, president of the Junior Doctors’ Association of the medical college. They already sent a memorandum to the State health secretary regarding their demand.
