WPP desk in Kochi

KOCHI: The Asia regional desk of the Women’s Peacemakers’ Programme (WPP) under the International Fellowship of Reconciliation was inaugurated here on Friday.

The main goal of the programme is to support and strengthen peacemaking initiatives by women and women’s groups, in strife-torn areas of the world. The WPP has got consultative status with the UN.
