Land aid for Adi Dravida women

TIRUCHI: The district administration has invited applications from Hindu Adi Dravida women for availing financial assistance from National Scheduled Caste Finance Development Corporation for purchase of agricultural lands.

Hindu Adi Dravida women in the age group of 18 to 59 are eligible. They should belong to families of landless small or marginal farmers or agriculture labourers. The annual family income should be below Rs.18,460 for applicants from rural areas and Rs.28,536 for those hailing from urban areas. Two sets of filled-in applications should be submitted by the applicants to the District Manager, THADCO, on or before March 20.
