ISO certification for United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company

Korakundah Organic Tea gets the best in 3 categories

Golden Leaf India Awards competition held in Dubai

Udhagamandalam: The United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company Limited, a unit of the Amalgamations Group and its organic tea factories at Chamraj and Korakundah have become the first in the Nilgiris district to be certified ISO 22000:2005.

Stating this in a press note issued here on Friday, the Director, Chamraj Estate D. Hegde said that these factories have also been certified ISO 9001 since 1997. Korakundah Organic Tea has been adjudged the best in the three categories in the prestigious Golden Leaf India Awards competition held in Dubai recently.
