CM’s Cup from March 23

NEW DELHI: The DSA institutional football league for the Chief Minister’s Cup will be played at the Ambedkar Stadium here from March 23.

Prominent teams like the defending champion, Food Corporation of India (FCI) North Zone, runner-up Northern Railways, Zakir Hussain College, Delhi Audit, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Employees State Insurance Corporation fo India, Central Secretariat, Reserve Bank of India, Delhi Administration, Delhi Development Authority, will be seen in action.

The tournament will feature 10 teams of the senior division and 11 teams of the ‘A’ division. The teams will be divided into groups and the top two teams from each group will qualify for the league.

The two bottom teams of the senior division will be relegated to the ‘A’ division while the top two teams of the ‘A’ divison will be promoted to the senior division.
