KOCHI: A statement of Minister for Local Self-Government Paloli Mohammed Kutty regarding 152 unauthorised buildings in the State is a misrepresentation of facts, said the office-bearers of the Kerala Builders’ Forum (KBF) at a press meet here on Friday. M.V. Antony, secretary of the forum, said they were issuing a public statement to allay the fears of investors who invested in the projects of the members of the KBF. None of the buildings by KBF members were unauthorised or had flouted rules, said Mr. Antony. The Minister’s statement had sent a disturbing signal to the investors, he said.
