Ishwar Singh nominated

NEW DELHI: The Congress on Friday announced the nomination of a former MLA, Ishwar Singh, for the biennial election to the Rajya Sabha from Haryana.

Congress President Sonia Gandhi has approved his nomination, party general secretary Oscar Fernandes said.
