Hunger strike ends

NEW DELHI: Senior BJP leader Karan Singh Tanwar ended his 72-hour hunger strike over the weekend with the Delhi Government announcing elections to the Delhi Cantonment Board. BJP leader Vijay Kumar Malhotra, who gave Mr. Tanwar a glass of juice to break his fast, said the Government had been postponing the elections to the Delhi Cantonment Board on one pretext or the other.
