Medical conference

NEW DELHI: A two-day international conference on “Recent advances in minimal access surgery” began at India Habitat Centre here on Saturday.

Organised by the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons, the first day saw a live demonstration of laparoscopic colorectal surgery by Dr. Steven D. Wexner of the US. Over 200 medical practitioners are participating in the conference.
