Post of head clerk created

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The post of Head Clerk is being created in 21 panchayats in the State. Minister for Local Self-Government Institutions Paloli Mohamed Kutty said here on Friday that the creation of the posts had been cleared by the Cabinet. He stated that out of the 999 panchayats in the State only these 21 did not have Head Clerk or Junior Superintendent post. The difficulties being experienced by them because of it were brought to the government’s attention by several organisations.
