Law and order in Uttar Pradesh at an all-time low, says Mulayam

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav on Saturday alleged here that the killing of five Dalits in Uttar Pradesh’s Etawah district suggested that law and order in the State was at an “all-time low” and threatened to launch street protests if “prevailing lawlessness” was not stopped. “The gunning down of the Dalit family was an example of the prevailing state of affairs in the State where law and order is at an all-time low,” he said. — PTI
