Special bus services

ERODE: On account of the Bannari Amman temple kundam festival, the Tamil Nadu State Transport (Coimbatore) Corporation’s Erode Zone will ply additional buses between March 23 and 31, says a release from the Corporation.

The buses will ply to Bannari from Erode, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam, Nambiyur, Thottampalayam, Tirupur, Puliampatti, Bhavani Sagar, Chamarajanagar and Anthiyur.

Similarly, the Corporation will ply additional buses to Palani from Erode, Tirupur, Anthiyur, Dharapuram, Kodumudi, Karur, Bhavani, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam and Salem.

The special arrangement is on account of the Panguni Uthiram festival at the Palani temple, the release adds.

This service will be available from March 17 to 22.
