THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Hindustan Latex Ltd. (HLL) an enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India paid Rs.412.80 lakh, 26.6 per cent of paid up capital as, dividend to the Government of India for the year 2006-07. M. Ayyappan, Chairman and Managing Director, Hindustan Latex, handed over the cheque towards this to Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, at a special function in New Delhi.
