Website for Chengam Block soon

CHENGAM: The Chengam Block is all set to get a website soon. According to panchayat union chairman G. Kumar, 44 panchayats in the block would be given e-connectivity, either directly under the control of National Informatics Centre or through its technical support. Once the proposal is through, all issues pertaining to the block could be accessed and processed through Internet.

On the lines of the Krishnagiri District, special software would be installed to enable the Chengam Block Development Office to receive and process complaints from the panchayats.
