Medical camp conducted

Coimbatore: Vijayalakshmi Palanisamy Charitable Trust and Gem Hospitals conducted a free medical camp for the poor but with a difference, wherein mobile endoscopy unit of the Gem Hospital was brought to Nirmala College for Women at Red Fields in the city on Sunday for conducting onsite check-up. The camp was inaugurated by the Rural Industries Minister, Pongalur N. Palanisamy, and his son and Corporation South Zone Chairman Paintamil Pari, who runs the trust. A total of 12 gastroentrologists and a gynaecologist screened people.
