Sirsa: Police on Sunday registered a criminal case against a dispenser named Nishan Singh while on duty with a local nursing home for allegedly using criminal force to outrage the modesty of a female patient. The victim, a resident of local JJ Colony in her complaint alleged that, she was under treatment at the Mohar Singh Nursing Home and while changing her bandage the accused used physical force to molest her. She said that for saving herself from the accused she raised an alarm and succeeded.
