Businessman gets bail

New Delhi: A Delhi court has granted bail to a city businessman who along with his five family members is facing trial in a Rs 40 lakh Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) violation case, an offshoot of the infamous multi-crore fodder scam.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate A K Kuhar allowed the bail plea of Vijay Kumar Malik in the case on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs one lakh with two sureties of the like amount.
